How to Use
1. Opening the Tool
Open the page where the tool is integrated, such as a Blogger website or a webpage.The tool will load a list of common menstrual problems.
2. Selecting Symptoms
Browse through the list of symptoms displayed on the screen. Click on the checkbox next to each symptom you are experiencing. You can select multiple symptoms at once.
3. Generating Remedies
After selecting the symptoms, click on the Generate Remedies button. The tool will display a list of recommended remedies for the selected symptoms. If no symptoms are selected, a message will prompt you to select at least one.
4. Downloading Remedies
Once the remedies are displayed, click on the Download button to save the remedies as a text file. The file will be named menstrual-health-remedies.txt and will be available in your device’s downloads folder.
5. Resetting Selections
If you want to start over, click on the Reset button. This will clear all selections and hide the remedies section.
